Taking your yoga practice to a whole new level! Buti Sculpt workouts focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. This HIT workout helps with hormone balancing, cellular repair, and drastically increases your metabolism for the 36 hour period following the workout. Bring water, a towel, an open mind, and get ready to have some fun! 30 minutes of intense work followed by stretching and relaxation in this hour long class.
